What is the duration of the hire period?
Our standard hire period is four days, from Thursday to Monday. If you need a different schedule, please contact us to discuss options.
How do I collect and return the hired items?
You can collect and return the items from our Salisbury warehouse. Please ensure timely pickup and return to avoid additional charges.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, a $35 picking/handling fee is applied to all orders at checkout.
Can I extend the hire period?
Extensions may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
What should I do if an item is damaged?
Please inform us immediately if an item is damaged. We will guide you through the process of repair or replacement.
Do you offer delivery services?
Currently, we do not offer delivery services. All items must be collected and returned by the customer.
