Refunds

No refunds will be given on your initial order deposit of $100 (or part thereof) for cancellation or change of mind.

If you have paid in full and would like to cancel, 60 days notice is required to receive a partial refund. For orders totaling more than $400 a 25% cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel within 28 days of hire date, any refund of monies is at the discretion of management.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
